What about Stripe fees?
Zumbook charges no transaction fees on top of your subscription. You connect your own Stripe account, and Stripe's standard UK card rate (typically 1.5% + 20p) applies. That's it. We don't take a percentage of your revenue — ever.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contract, no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account settings — we'll send you an export of all your data before your account closes.
What do I need for payments?
A Stripe account — free to create if you don't already have one. We connect to it during setup. After that, your earnings settle directly to your bank and you never need to open Stripe again.
Do I need to be a licensed Zumba instructor?
No. Zumbook works for any group fitness format — but it's specifically designed with Zumba instructors in mind.
Any limits on classes or bookings?
None. Unlimited classes, unlimited bookings, unlimited customers on both plans.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You'll be invited to choose a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, your account moves to read-only. Your data is never deleted.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect on your next billing date.
